Nutrition: Day 5 Full Day of Eating with Jonathan Lomax

As my leg day 2 is such a high volume day due to the number of repetitions involved in unilateral exercises, I find I need a lot more calories on these days. However, as I know Thursdays are #thirstythursdays i.e I know I will usually have a glass or two of wine in the evening which will rapidly increase the daily sugar levels, I aim to leave my carbs for the evening and start my day with a high fat, high protein breakfast. My total macros in the day also represent this – at the end of the day, my split tends to fall more in the fats category (35% vs 22% and 32%) to make room for my wine consumption in the evening.
