With Easter just weeks away, we’re thrilled to welcome Pana Barbounis, founder of our favourite raw chocolate company Pana Chocolate, to Lomax for an informal talk, demonstration and tasting.
Sharing his story about the amazing future of healthful chocolate and building a conscious business behind it, Pana will also teach some raw chocolate making techniques from his new book ‘Pana Chocolate, The Recipes’. Everyone will of course have the opportunity to taste the Pana chocolate range and the event will conclude with a book signing.
