Lomax offer a variety of unique classes that provide a fast route to achieving your fitness goals. Whether you want to focus on cardio, strength and resistance, toning and flexibility or targeting specific trouble areas, all of our classes will improve your overall fitness and help you keep in peak condition.
Combining compound or body weight training circuits with high intensity cardio intervals and short rest/recovery periods – the Lomax Blast class works all three energy systems of the body to melt fat, increase fitness endurance and sculpt lean muscle.You select the weight level and control the intensity in the allotted time, therefore controlling how quickly you see the results.
LOMAX CYCLE BLAST
A high intensity workout for the whole body, you’ll spend 45 fat-burning, sweat-pouring, adrenaline-pumping minutes on the bike before the waves of satisfaction roll in because you’ve just burned at least 400kcal in one exhausting yet exhilarating class.
LOMAX SUPPLE CIRCUIT
Get more from your muscles and learn to move more efficiently in the Lomax Supple Circuit. Making use of Trigger Point foam rollers, resistance bands and the TRX to mobilise, activate and propentiate your body for exercise, this class aims to improve performance across the board – an essential supplement to every training program.
