Carefully designed by our fully qualified team of trainers, these Pre & Post Natal classes will guide you through a specially adapted programme, enabling you to exercise with confidence whatever your stage of pregnancy or motherhood.

M&B Pre-Natal Blast Class (55mins)
Created for pregnancy to not only strengthen but to protect your joints, minimise pain & support your bump. A low impact, weights-based class that will work to keep you feeling strong, fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy, for birth and life beyond birth.

M&B Post-Natal Blast Class (55mins)
Created to rebuild not only your pelvic floor & core but much more! Prepare to kick start your fitness and hone in on your strength to make lifting, carrying, feeding & cradling as simple and pain free as possible. This class is low impact but high intensity – prepare to sweat & get results, you can expect to shape and sculpt your post baby body to build strength and confidence.

Monday: 9am Pre-Natal
Tuesday: 11am Post-Natal
Wednesday: 9am Post-Natal
Thursday: 11am Post-Natal
Friday: 9am Pre-Natal

Cancellation Policy:
If you can’t make your class, please cancel via the app, call 020 7352 0598 or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. Classes cancelled within 24 hours of your booked class will incur full payment.

Complimentary Women’s Health Check: Available for all pre and post natal women, a 30 minute Women’s Health check to confirm training is safe but also to identify any potential areas of weakness to focus on.  This assessment, with a specialist Women’s Health physiotherapist, will include Diastasis Recti and C-Section specific reviews where relevant.
