Lomax Fitness MOT:
If you’re new to fitness or want to take your training to the next level, our FREE Fitness MOT is the best place to start! Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, build strength or simply prepare for a holiday or event, the Lomax Fitness MOT is designed to set goals and determine a plan of action to achieve them. During this one hour session, a Lomax Personal Trainer will take you through a workout to assess your fitness levels and create a bespoke plan to get you on track with your training.
