This month we welcome BUPA sleep physiologist Ana Noia, to talk about the importance of sleep for athletic performance and recovery. Ana will also provide tips and strategies for optimising your sleep. While the talk is taking place, you will be taken through a Supple Circuit class with a focus on active recovery by foam rolling, trigger point release and resistance band work – this is multi-tasking at its very best!
