Our approach to group training & outdoor training is very different to what you might have already experienced. Essentially we are running a fully equipped outdoor gym (with all the equipment you might find in a personal studio). It is sophisticated, carefully planned and a lot more fun than other boot camps.
Rather than trying to pack as many people into a class as possible, we limit the numbers to 6 people maximum in order to keep the focus on personal training and to keep the cost low.
We also treat each member of the group as an individual private Client offering a free online health check & discreet follow up consultation with a Lomax Professional right from the beginning as well as 24/7 access to the whole Lomax Team for nutrition & wellbeing advice.
