We’ve undergone a studio expansion, acquired some flash new kit and worked with some of the world’s leading fitness brands to bring you more classes, more variety and more ways to train!

Due to popular demand, we have now combined our Signature and Super Series blocks into one streamlined class block. Including the Lomax Blast, Cycle Blast, Supple Circuit and Ben’s Barre classes, as well as the Lomax Event Series, you now have more classes available to you than ever before! more info »

Get more from your muscles and learn to move more efficiently in the Lomax Supple Circuit. Making use of Trigger Point foam rollers, resistance bands and the TRX to mobilise, activate and propentiate your body for exercise, this class aims to improve performance across the board – an essential supplement to every training program. more info »

Experience the latest trends in fitness with our new Event Series, taking place every Wednesday evening at Lomax. Giving you the chance to try specialist workouts and master the latest fitness kit, classes will operate on a monthly rotation. Watch this space!

Acting as stepping stone between the Blast Class and one-to-one Personal Training, Lomax Small Group Personal Training follows a split training program, whereby each workout is designed to focus on different muscle groups every day of the week. With a maximum of four participants per session, you will have the ability to track your progress from week to week and work with the trainer to focus on areas that need attention. more info »
