Abi is a REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer and qualified pre and post natal trainer. Her background is in elite sport, having represented England and GB. Over her years of high performance training, Abi has experienced world class techniques and aims to bring the best of that to her client sessions. Abi’s training sessions are fun, creative and challenging, and her infectious enthusiasm means everyone is pushed to their limits with a smile on their face.
