After completing her BSc Exercise and Sports Science in Australia, Alex transitioned from a PT to a Pilates instructor as her true passion was improving the structure and function of her clients to eliminate injury, aches and pains. Throughout the past 7 years of working the in health and fitness industry she has noticed a pattern – those that exercise to feel better end up looking better then those that exercise to look good!
