Charlie is the co-founder of Bumps & Burpees and has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer for over 5 years. She has trained to an elite level of Artistic Gymnastics since the age of 10 and her own training has taught her that to achieve your goals, you must have drive, passion and determination – and you can not be afraid of hard work! Charlie enjoys training clients with a variety of goals but specialises in pre and postnatal training. Her sessions ensure that her clients stay strong and healthy throughout their pregnancy and then help to get them to back into the best shape possible afterwards. Babies are very welcome to come along to training sessions so there is nothing stopping you getting back in the gym!
