A Personal Trainer for over 10 years, Jason has trained a vast range of clients with different goals and from different walks of life. From those suffering from chronic illness and eating disorders to those wanting to lose weight and improve their self esteem, Jason works closely with his clients to tailor programs that help them work towards achieving their health and fitness goals. Jason has always been passionate about sport and fitness, regularly attending gymnastics, boxing, football and bouldering. Any sport you can suggest, he would want to try!
