Personal Training and Fitness

Our fitness division is broken down into 3 Systems. We actively promote the use of as many different fitness methods from within these Systems as you have time for in a given week. This is a concept known as 'cross-fit' and it is the best way to achieve fast, permanent results, for less than you would spend at the gym.

Every personal trainer at Lomax has his or her own specialty. On top of this we have added an extra level of instruction, known as Metabolic Conditioning - 'MetCon' for short.

MetCon Training works all 3 energy systems of the body. When tailored according to your metabolic profile it will melt fat, increase fitness endurance and sculpt lean muscle. MetCon is highly motivational and improvements are easy to see very quickly. It is also very adaptable so you will never get bored! That is why it fits so well into The Lomax Way.
