Post-Train Power Smoothie

The winner of this month’s Smoothie Challenge is James Gore with his delicious Post-Train Power Smoothie. A summery alternative to a typical protein shake, it contains a nicely balanced blend of fruit, veg, fats, carbs and protein – perfect for recovery after a tough session. James’ smoothie is available in the café at Lomax Chelsea throughout June, or try it at home by blending together the following ingredients:

1/4 avocado
1 handful of fresh mint
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of strawberries
1 tbsp oats
Two scoops chocolate whey
Sweetened almond milk

James’ Post-Train Power Smoothie is available from the café at Lomax Chelsea throughout the month of June.
