The winner of this month’s Smoothie Challenge is Olivia Holland with her delicious Pre-Train Smoothie.  The perfect pre-training boost, Liv’s smoothie contains an energising blend of ingredients that are essential for getting you through your session. Available in the café at Lomax Chelsea throughout July, or try it at home by blending together the following ingredients:

1/2 avocado
1 tbs oats
1 handful of blueberries
Orange juice
