Mocha smoothie

1-2 tablespoons of cofee powder mixed with 3-4 tbsp of hot water
25g of dark chocolate (85 or 70% cocoa solids)
1 scoop of Lomax Nutrition vanilla Informed Plant Source protein powder
water

Smoothie bowl
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of frozen blackcurrants
a few raspberries for decorations
25g of oats
1 scoop of Lomax Nutrition vanilla Informed Plant Source protein powder
a few banana slices
1/2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
a few basil leaves (optional)

Green wake me up smoothie
3 handful of spinach (you can use kale if you prefer)
4cm piece of ginger finely chopped
5g of matcha green tea
1 large handful of mint leaves
1 scoop of Lomax Nutrition vanilla Informed Plant Source protein powder
