RECIPE: 5 Minute Breakfast with Pumpkin Tree

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pumpkin Tree Raspberry & Blueberry Organic Oat Crush
50g Blueberries
50g Raspberries
90g Plain Greek Yoghurt
20g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
Chia Seeds for sprinkling

METHOD:
1. Mix the yoghurt with the protein powder until smooth.
2. Place the blueberries at the bottom of a mason jar or glass tumbler.
3. Layer the protein yoghurt mixture, raspberries and Pumpkin Tree Organic Oat Crush on top.
4. Top with some extra berries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
