» 100g finely chopped almonds
» 7 dried dates
» 50g almond flour
» 1 tsp lemon juice
» 12g sachet gelatine
» 3 scoops of Lomax Nutrition Sleep & Rebuild Vanilla Protein
» Lemon zest
Soak dried dates and almonds in warm water for an hour prior cooking.
Place almonds, dates, almond flour in a food processor and blend together. Add a bit of lemon zest and lemon juice right in the end and blend for a few extra seconds.
Prepare gelatine as per instructions on the pack. Mix with 3 scoops of Lomax Nutrition Sleep & Rebuild vanilla protein.
Decorate with raspberries and let it set for a few hours in the fridge before serving.
