Day Seven workout
The Rejuvenator
Sunday is a technically a rest day, but it would be silly to do nothing hence we have suggested using exercises such as Pilates and stretching to revitalize the body ahead of the following week. Each week you should try and push yourself harder than the week before!
Day Seven nutrition plan
On Sunday we recommend 1 day of cheating on which you get to eat all your
favourite foods. This has the effect of giving your body a break and indulging it
a bit – as well as giving you something to ‘work off’ the following week!
