With smaller class sizes and a focus on correct technique, the Lomax Super Series classes ensure you get the most out of your workout.
The Super Series Classes:
FUNCTIONAL KETTLEBELLS – 60 mins
Focusing on improving functional strength and developing an overall awareness of how the body is connected, the results of our Functional Kettlebells class will be apparent across all aspects of your training, as well as in real life scenarios. This high velocity metabolic conditioning workout combines unilateral exercises, static holds and unconventional movements to build core strength and improve shoulder stability whilst helping you to burn fat long after the session is complete.
GO BALLISTIC! – 50 mins
An explosive class designed to shred fat, speed up your metabolism and get you get fitter faster, ‘Go Ballistic!’ is comprised of 4 sets of high intensity calisthenic, plyometric and ballistic intervals without weights or equipment. Don’t be fooled into thinking that makes it easy – your cardio fitness, strength and coordination will be pushed to their absolute limits in this hour long workout.
FIGHT CLUB – 60 mins
The ultimate stress-busting, calorie-burning, martial arts workout for the entire body, Fight Club combines pad and bag work with high intensity body weight circuits. In this hour long class, our boxing and martial arts specialists will put you through your paces while teaching you to punch, kick and block like a pro.
TABATA CHALLENGE – 60 mins
With a focus on strength, power and speed, the Lomax Tabata Challenge consists of 8 rounds of each compound exercise against the clock (ie. a 20 second burst at maximum effort followed by 10 seconds rest, repeated 8 times for each exercise). In the name of healthy competition, every rep is counted and a winner declared at the end of each class!
