Gwyneth Archer has a MA (Hons) from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster. She is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
After spending many years working as an international fashion model Gwyneth became interested in nutrition through her own health struggles. Through changing her diet and adopting key lifestyle changes Gwyneth was able to successfully manage her IBS, maintain a healthy weight and enjoy a life full of energy and delicious food! She is now passionate about helping others to achieve optimum wellness through bespoke individual diet and lifestyle programmes.
