A certified Personal Trainer with a BSc and MSc in Nutrition, Olu has worked as a health and fitness professional for over a decade, specialising in strength and conditioning, weight management and preparation for sporting events such as marathons and football competitions. With a varied client base including a Paralympian athlete and professional football team, Olu’s integrated approach to fitness and nutrition is unique, fast and effective.
