After six and a half years serving as a Royal Marine, Wes recently embarked on a career in health and fitness, retraining with the EIF as a Personal Trainer. Drawing upon his military experience and love for rugby and adventure sports, Wes delivers consistently challenging, result-driven training programs, carefully tailored to the specific goals of his clients.
