Join Toral Shah, founder of the Urban Kitchen and breast cancer survivor, for a talk on how to optimise your nutrition and lifestyle to prevent breast cancer.
With an MSc in Nutritional Medicine, Cordon Bleu training and the strength to beat breast cancer and learn from it, Toral Shah is one woman on a mission. In this hour-long talk, Toral will share her own story and explain how good nutrition can help prevent breast cancer. Combining a passion for fresh and healthy food with her medical background, Toral will also demonstrate a simple yet delicious recipe prepared with highly nutritious, cancer preventing ingredients.

Toral is an ambassador for The Haven, a local breast cancer support centre based in Fulham. The Haven is a free service for women living with breast cancer, offering a wide range of emotional, physical and practical support which includes over 40 complementary therapies, counselling, nutritional advice, exercise classes, financial advice and support groups.
