Helen has worked as a Physio within elite sports including London Wasps, Cirque Du Soleil and British Gymnastics for the last 8 years. Working in these environments exposed her to a multitude of injuries and also peoples determination to overcome pain. It was in Rugby that Helen was first exposed to Pilates and how you could work with a body to reduce pain, even chronic. From here Helen studied the Comprehensive training through Polestar Pilates and has continued to increase her knowledge through Caroline Anthony’s pre and post natal qualifications.
