Join Kathryn Fielding, our resident Nutritional Therapist, for an evening’s workshop to help you destress your mind and body.
The evening will start with a 60min Vinyasa Flow yoga class, followed by a discussion covering the impact of stress and advice on how best to support yourself from a nutritional perspective.
Signs of a stressful living can lead to feelings of fatigue, aching joints and digestive disorders. Physically stress can often be represented by tight shoulders and restricted breathing. The yoga class will include postures designed to release areas like the hips and back, as well as energising inversions and twists intended to help you let go.
During prolong periods of stress our bodies rapidly use up certain nutrients and whilst you may not be able to change your day-to-day lives Kathryn will let you know how you can support yourself so you feel more energised and able to cope.
